I forked your repo, reproduced the issue and added blocking RDP statement in finsih. For example: cmake -G Visual Stu-A Win32 cmake -G Visual. Just encountered a similar issue myself and discovered CMAKEVSPLATFORMNAME, which is calculated based on the generator and I think its worth a mention.
